Job summary

State Street in Krakow, Poland, seeks a VP2, Client Data Solutions & Head of Markets Intelligence Poland to lead analytics across markets intelligence and client data capabilities.

You will sit at the intersection of data, analytics and business strategy, guiding a team of analytics engineers and BI developers to deliver insights that drive distribution, product strategy and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in analytics, client data, markets intelligence, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong domain knowledge of asset management markets, distribution channels, and client dynamics.
• Experience working with diverse datasets, including client, market, product, and third‑party data sources.
• Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and measurable business outcomes.
• Leadership experience managing teams and scaling data capabilities.
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (forecasting, segmentation, ML).
• Hands-on fluency with SQL, Python, visualization tools, and cloud environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
