Job summary

Seargin is hiring a Data Analyst to support IT service operations and continuous improvement. You will analyze operational data, validate information, and assist in troubleshooting, automation, and process enhancement across global projects.

The role requires experience with SQL, Python for automation, and strong communication skills in English. You will work with cross-functional teams and external vendors, contributing to service quality and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing IT service operations data and deriving insights.
• Proficient in SQL queries and data validation.
• Programming/scripting ability to support automation (Python preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT service operations and operational processes.
• Analyse and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Use SQL to run queries and scripts and investigate data-related issues.
• Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives using Python.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and make sound technical or process decisions.
• Monitor and report on service performance, KPIs and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and user experience.
• Prepare reports and presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and offshore vendors.
• Support Agile ways of working and continuous service improvement.
