Job summary

WSA is expanding its Data Governance Center of Excellence in Poznań, Poland. We seek a Data Governance Project Coordinator to structure governance processes, maintain documentation, and support cross‑functional initiatives across Denmark and Poland.

Collaborate on SharePoint, Jira, and Azure DevOps, create engaging communications, and help develop learning materials for the data governance program. Fluent English is essential; prior governance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Management, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to Jira or Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Experience preparing presentations, training materials, or internal communications.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Data Governance or data management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities within the Data Governance Center of Excellence and support global governance initiatives.
• Maintain and improve SharePoint, Jira, and other collaboration platforms for accurate documentation and accessibility.
• Prepare engaging communication materials, presentations, newsletters, and governance updates for internal stakeholders.
• Create and maintain training materials and learning content related to Data Governance.
• Assist with planning, portfolio management, and tracking using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, and team routines with project planning and follow-up.
• Monitor service requests and coordinate governance-related activities.
• Support rollout of smaller projects and process improvements across the organization.
