Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a Data Center Services Manager to lead cross-location teams in delivering standardized, high-quality data center services. You will influence strategy, manage delivery excellence, and drive automation and governance across a global delivery model.

The role requires extensive leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multi-location environment with a focus on continuous improvement and ESG alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience: Several years (at least 8) in the IT industry, and in a leadership or management role.
• Significant experience in managed services operations, with a track record of implementing standardized processes and delivery excellence.
• Industry knowledge of Data Center Services (Storage & Back-up, Databases, Monitoring & Tools).
• Availability to travel and work across time zones, as required.
