Job summary

Fujitsu in Lodz seeks a Senior Information Security Manager to serve as the primary security liaison for customers and third-party providers. You will ensure contractual compliance, maintain ISMS governance, and drive risk mitigation through audits, reports, and executive summaries.

You'll lead Security Working Groups, reviews, and stakeholder meetings, develop risk registers, and coordinate remediation activities across teams. Strong customer-facing and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, or CompTIA Security+.
• Proven experience in Information Security Management, Cyber Security Governance, Risk Management, or Security Consultancy roles.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2).
• Experience managing security risks, audits, compliance activities, and remediation programs.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of security operations, vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, and incident response processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and lead security initiatives across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary security representative and trusted advisor for customers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual security obligations, customer requirements, and Fujitsu standards.
• Maintain ISMS and security governance processes.
• Lead Security Working Groups, customer reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Develop and maintain security risk registers and drive mitigation activities.
• Produce and present security reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
• Coordinate and facilitate security audits, IT Health Checks, penetration tests, and remediation activities.
• Support management of security incidents, investigations, and escalation processes.
• Review security impacts of infrastructure, operations, and business changes.
• Oversee security controls, vulnerability management, and privileged access management.
