Qualifications

8+ years in IT with leadership experience.
Experience in managed services operations and delivery excellence.
Deep knowledge of Workplace Engineering and Architecture Services (VDI, M365, CSA).

Responsibilities

Execute and operationalize globally defined sub-capability strategy and standards for Workplace Engineering and Architecture Services within DWP & DX.
Manage teams across multiple locations in a matrixed structure with local and global stakeholders.
Provide guidance to global teams, fostering continuous learning, inclusion, and performance excellence.
Define and maintain career pathways within the managed area to build skills and knowledge.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of services ensuring quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Drive standardization, process improvement, and delivery governance across locations.
Identify opportunities for growth and improved market competitiveness within the global scope.
