ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) seeks a Project Manager to lead global cybersecurity initiatives within a complex enterprise. You will combine strong project leadership with deep cybersecurity expertise to deliver across finance, insurance, and regulated environments.

You will manage scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Remote-friendly, Warsaw-based role with broad international exposure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments.
• Ability to translate business needs and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple IT projects within a complex enterprise, across global teams.
• Define scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes proactively.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide project updates to leadership.
• Ensure governance compliance and smooth transition to production.
• Oversee implementations and integrations for regulatory compliance.
