Qualifications

• Fluency in English, written and spoken for business communication.
• Master’s degree in IT, Business Admin, Finance, Law, or related field.
• Significant experience in IT governance within global, matrix organizations (insurance/financial services preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO standards) and regulatory environments.
• Solid understanding of IT risk management, outsourcing governance, cloud governance, and operational resilience.
• Proven experience advising C-level stakeholders and preparing executive/board materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and continuously improve the Group-wide IT governance framework, including policies and standards.
• Define and enforce governance principles across units and geographies, ensuring binding, auditable, regulatory-compliant structures.
• Advise C-level executives on IT governance, risk exposure, and standards rollout, preparing materials for committees and boards.
• Drive harmonization and maturity of governance practices across regions for transparency, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Steer governance-related transformation initiatives with Group-wide impact.
• Support creation and review of IT strategy to align with business requirements.
• Coordinate with regional and functional stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of governance standards.
