Job summary

GN Group in Poland is seeking a Content Management Specialist to join our Global Content Operations team. You will manage digital content across Sitecore and Amplience, ensure brand and accessibility standards, and support global product launches with polished assets.

You will coordinate translations, maintain content quality, and publish updates across markets while working across time zones with English fluency. A hybrid work model with three days in the office is in place.

Qualifications

• Experience in content management or digital operations environments.
• Advanced with CMS platforms, especially Sitecore and Amplience.
• Understanding of content workflows, digital asset management, and publishing best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Clear communication and ability to work across time zones.
• Solid experience with HTML and CSS; basic Photoshop skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Interest in learning and growing in global digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Publish, edit, and maintain content using CMS platforms (Sitecore/Amplience).
• Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
• Maintain product information, media assets, and metadata accuracy.
• Respond to content requests and coordinate translations across markets.
• Prepare digital assets for global product launches and collaborate with product/marketing teams for on-time publication.
• Coordinate translations and localization workflows (LILT).
• Perform content QA before and after publishing and verify pages for issues.
