Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Content Specialist/Content Engineer to join our Content Services team in Poland. You will create, edit and manage digital content across CMS and DAM platforms, working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality, consistent delivery of web content.

You’ll organize assets, perform basic edits with Figma and image tools, and contribute to migrations, QA, and knowledge‑base creation. English proficiency and collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of web technologies and content architecture.
• Familiarity with image editing tools for web optimization (Photoshop/Adobe Express).
• Figma basics for assets layout and export.
• Professional English proficiency (B2+).
• Willingness to learn, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain content pages using CMS platforms per guidelines.
• Upload, organize and tag digital assets in DAM platforms with basic edits.
• Use Figma for minor edits and export web-ready assets.
• Support content migration and perform QA against style guides and SEO.
• Resolve content display issues and assist end users with questions.
• Write authoring guides and knowledge-base articles.
• Participate in stand-ups, client showcases and collaborate with teams.
• Use basic AI tools to assist in categorization and quality checks.
