Job summary

Fluency in English (B2) and strong attention to detail are essential. Bonus: experience with multiple CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, AEM, Contentful) and familiarity with DAM systems.

Qualifications

• Good technical aptitude with web-based systems and business apps.
• Read and follow technical manuals, process docs, and content guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with one or more CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, web structure, metadata, and hyperlinks.
• Basic knowledge of AI and Generative AI tools in content prep and QA.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content pages and websites using CMS platforms per guidelines.
• Manage digital assets and support content organization.
• Prepare content for migration from legacy to current platforms.
• Create and maintain content-related reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, developers, end users and cross-functional teams.
• Attend daily client and internal team meetings.
• Support platform end users and business stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve content-related issues.
• Assist users with platform questions and content queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve content entry processes and DAM workflows.
• Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiency and content quality.
