Job summary

VML Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Content Specialist / Content Engineer in Poland to create, edit and manage digital content across enterprise CMS and DAM platforms. You will work with cross‑functional project teams to ensure high quality, consistent and timely web content delivery.

You will upload, organize and tag assets, perform basic image edits, and support content migration while conducting QA checks against style guides, SEO and formatting standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise CMS and DAM platforms and content governance.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, metadata and basic responsive design.
• Professional English communication, both written and spoken (B2+).
• Ability to perform QA checks against style guides and SEO guidelines.
• Experience with content migration, asset tagging and image optimization.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and maintain content pages and web structures in CMS/DAM contexts.
• Upload, organize and tag assets; perform basic image edits and format optimization.
• Use Figma for basic edits and asset preparation for web delivery.
• Support content migrations and conduct QA against standards and SEO guidelines.
• Explain platforms to end users; write guides and maintain knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with marketing, developers and project managers; participate in stand-ups.
• Leverage AI tools for categorization, summarization and quality checks.
