Job summary

Papaya Global is seeking a Product Manager to own the Banco consumer experience end to end. You will drive onboarding, KYC, wallet, card issuing, and withdrawals across web and mobile for a global user base.

You will lead a squad with design, analytics, and engineering to raise quality and activation while scaling reliability. You’ll partner with the Director of Product in Payments to define the roadmap, balance trade-offs, and ship meaningful features that improve activation and retention for

Qualifications

• Consumer product experience in fintech/payments.
• Mobile-first UX mindset with funnels, activation and retention.
• Deep understanding of money movement, wallets, KYC/AML, payouts.
• Metrics fluency with baseline measurements and limitations.
• Correctness instinct for monetary flows and payouts.

Responsibilities

• The Banco end-to-end consumer experience: onboarding, KYC, wallet, card issuing, and withdrawals.
• Drive activation and retention to convert invited users into active, paying workers.
• Improve reliability and reduce errors and support tickets so 'I got paid' is seamless.
• Localization at scale across 160+ countries and dozens of payout rails and languages.
• The consumer data model enables smart UX like IBAN lookup and autofill.
