Job summary

Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will own 3P payouts and collections end-to-end, from virtual accounts flows to FP integrations and direct banking rails.

You’ll act as the payments expert, defining roadmaps and writing buildable specs for an engineering team. You’ll collaborate with co-founders and engineering, shape the partnerships strategy, and stay ahead of the evolving payments landscape to deliver

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of product experience in cross-border payments.
• Shipped outbound payouts and inbound collections.
• Hands-on integration with payment infrastructure providers.
• Licensing and compliance awareness for payments.
• Strong UX focus for a B2B payments ICP.

Responsibilities

• Own payouts and collections end-to-end, from strategy to launch.
• Define roadmaps for FP integrations and direct banking rails.
• Write detailed specs so engineers can ship.
• Design client-facing payout and collections journeys with clear client needs.
