Job summary

Mastercard seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive Digital Payment Credentials and the European Digital Identity Wallet ecosystem. The role shapes strategy, engages in industry initiatives, and delivers solution delivery across a broad stakeholder network.

You will coordinate programs with financial institutions, wallet providers, merchants, regulators, and technology partners, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital identity, credentials, authentication, and payments.
• Experience in product/program management within payments, fintech, or digital identity ecosystems.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering and solution teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies for Digital Payment Credentials and digital wallet solutions in Europe.
• Lead participation in European identity and credential initiatives; deliver end-to-end use cases.
• Coordinate multi-stakeholder programs across banks, wallet providers, merchants, regulators and industry bodies.
• Define scope, requirements, success criteria, plans, testing and milestones.
• Manage partner onboarding, readiness, implementation support and stakeholder engagement.
