Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own end-to-end platform and self-service capabilities across our product ecosystem. You will shape product strategy and drive execution to deliver scalable, user-friendly experiences for internal and external users.

Work closely with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams to build reliable solutions. This hybrid role involves occasional Kraków office presence and influencing fintech product growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform products.
• Strong understanding of user management, authentication (SSO), and platform ecosystems.
• Experience building self-service products and reducing operational friction.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product ownership for platform and self-service capabilities across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead platform features like SSO, notifications, and user preferences.
• Define product strategy for user lifecycle, access management, and data governance.
• Drive self-service journeys to enable merchants to explore, trial, and adopt products.
