Job summary

Air Liquide Global Engineering & Construction Solutions Poland seeks a Material Manager to control material flow on global construction sites, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. The role reports to the Discipline Manager, Construction and requires high mobility to work on sites worldwide.

The position demands 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of SAP and construction management tools, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience on construction sites.
Knowledge of international and company technical codes and contractual requirements.
Fluent English with clear communication and strong organization.

Responsibilities

Control the complete material flow on site to ensure timely availability and budget alignment.
Assist in planning site infrastructure, warehouses, lay-down areas and scrap disposal.
Coordinate with procurement, expediting, shipping, and suppliers for materials.
Receive and issue materials with proper documentation and quality certificates.
Identify surplus, missing, or damaged materials and report findings.
Monitor material handling with focus on site safety and erection schedules.
Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and inputs for progress reports.
Lead the site material team and subcontractors, conducting regular meetings.
