Job summary

emagine is seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance activities and ensure alignment with GDPR, DORA, NIS2 at group level. The role involves advising on compliance topics and translating requirements into business guidance across international teams.

You will collaborate with colleagues across countries on diverse initiatives, review contracts, and help mature policies and controls. The position may convert to permanent after a contract period.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with GDPR and other EU regulatory regimes (e.g., DORA, NIS2).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or a related function.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly assess, document, and articulate compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Assess and evaluate concrete compliance topics, risks, and obligations.
• Review contracts from a regulatory compliance perspective.
• Provide guidance on regulatory frameworks including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, and AI Act.
• Maintain and mature policies, procedures, and controls.
• Identify gaps and drive remediation actions.
• Lead and support compliance projects and initiatives.
