Accenture is seeking a Geographic Compliance & Corporate role within its Global Legal Network (GLN) to provide comprehensive legal support to corporate functions and business teams. The role covers policy, research, and risk mitigation, including contract execution and related processes.

The candidate will manage relationships with internal stakeholders, onshore counsels, and GLN teams, while contributing to process improvements and tool development. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Italian Bachelor’s degree in Law and fluency in English and Italian.
• 5–7 years of experience at law firms or in-house counsel.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal support to Accenture Corporate Functions on local and global matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts; advise on risk mitigation.
• Support compliance, governance programs and data privacy initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and onshore counsels; build relationships.
• Support GLN team trainings and knowledge sharing.
