Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Geographic Compliance & Corporate (GCC) role within the Global Legal Network. You will support local and global legal matters, advise on ethics, compliance, data privacy and regulatory issues, and draft or review corporate documents and agreements.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, fluency in English and Italian, and a law degree. Travel may be required; strong collaboration with onshore counsels and GLN team is essential.

Qualifications

• Law degree with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulations.
• 5–7 years of legal practice, preferably in corporate or in-house environment.
• Experience in risk identification and mitigations, policy compliance and contract review.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Accenture Corporate Functions and other areas on local and global legal matters.
• Offer guidance on Ethics, Compliance, Data Privacy, IP, and regulatory topics.
• Draft, review and negotiate agreements; manage corporate documents and boards’ resolutions.
• Support training for Accenture teams on compliance and policy developments.
• Collaborate with GLN, onshore counsels and internal stakeholders to optimize processes.
