Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager, Data & AI Compliance to lead and advance our global compliance program, reporting to the Associate Director. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and voluntary commitments in data governance and AI, alongside our mature privacy program.

The successful candidate will design, build and maintain controls, work with risk, information security and business teams, and guide contracting counsel and stakeholders across Accenture worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in a global compliance/ethics/governance function.
• Deep knowledge of AI, data governance, and data management principles.
• Experience managing staff and monitoring legal/regulatory trends.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable requirements for policy and controls.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review internal and client projects to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and commitments.
• Identify current and future legal, regulatory and policy requirements and translate them into Accenture policy, standards and controls.
• Collaborate with risk, information security and other teams to build and run the program, supporting risk and quality management and post-market monitoring as relevant.
• Provide guidance to contracting counsel for client-facing work.
• Interact with key business stakeholders to ensure data and AI compliance is considered at project outset.
• Keep abreast of technology trends and develop guidance, training and thought leadership for internal audiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Information Security and business teams.
• Work with a team of legal professionals in remote locations, providing pragmatic, business-focused guidance.
