Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or related.
• 10+ years in Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, Investigations, Internal Controls, Audit, or related fields.
• 5+ years in people leadership with strategy, resource allocation, and team performance.
• Experience leading cross-functional/global teams across countries or functions.
• Experience managing centralized service delivery, shared services, or governance.
• Experience overseeing compliance case management, investigations, risk assessments, or control processes.
• Experience using technology platforms, data analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools for risk monitoring.
• Experience presenting findings to executives and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise leadership for the Compliance Centre and align governance with strategy.
• Provide a scalable, high-quality global compliance service meeting audit requirements.
• Translate case activity into actionable risk signals informing market prioritisation.
• Shape the global compliance operating model with product owners and technology.
• Lead digital and AI-enabled transformation including tooling and analytics.
• Engage senior governance forums to align priorities and drive risk ownership.
• Oversee escalation, documentation, and risk-based judgement across operations.
• Drive efficiency by reducing duplication and focusing on high-value activities.
