Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a senior leader for Global Compensation within GCX to redefine how customer errors are categorized and how recovery offers are designed across markets and brands. You will own the end-to-end compensation engine, set rules and thresholds, and partner with Technology to ensure scalable, auditable, AI-enabled decisioning.

You will lead experimentation with A/B tests, apply behavioral economics to retention and perception, manage global P&L for compensation, and govern policy

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Undergraduate degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in customer strategy, pricing, operations, or a directly adjacent domain with global exposure.
• Demonstrated track record of owning a financially significant operational lever and managing it with analytical precision and strategic judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global compensation strategy and engine architecture across markets, brands, and channels.
• Define rules, thresholds, segmentation logic, and automation frameworks for recovery decisions at scale.
• Set the principles for cost discipline vs. customer value and translate into policies across markets.
• Partner with Technology to ensure the compensation engine is scalable, auditable, and AI-enabled where applicable.
• Lead compensation experimentation with A/B testing, test design, and rollout analysis, and synthesize results into policy.
