Simon-Kucher CBS in Warsaw is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to serve as a trusted HR partner for 100+ employees. You will own benefits administration, respond to questions, and help ensure a smooth employee experience in a hybrid setup with three days in the Warsaw office.

Availability for a 12:00–20:00 shift once weekly is required. The role offers a gross PLN 12,000–14,500 monthly salary, a remote-work allowance, and an annual bonus based on a 360-degree performance evaluation.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration.
• Working knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service mindset.
• Hands-on experience with payroll coordination.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and respond to day-to-day HR questions.
• Manage onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.
• Administer and maintain employee data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider.
• Conduct regular quality checks of employee data and files.
• Administer employee benefits and programs and support communication.
• Develop HR policies aligned with company culture and global guidelines.
• Initiate and deliver cross-functional HR projects as needed.
