Job summary

Qemetica is seeking a Global Technical Service Manager to support growth in the Coatings & Carriers segment by bridging customers, commercial teams, and product development. You will provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams.

You will build long-term technical relationships, translate customer needs into actionable insights for product development, and collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing to drive business growth across Europe and North America.

Qualifications

Proven experience within the coatings, paints, adhesives, or related chemical industries.
Strong technical understanding of industrial chemical applications and customer processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working closely with customers and cross-functional teams.
Business-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Willingness to travel extensively across Europe and North America.
Self-driven, independent, and proactive approach to work.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and commercial teams.
Build long-term technical relationships with key customers and business partners.
Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to support business growth.
Act as the Voice of the Customer by identifying market needs and translating them into actionable insights for product development.
Support customer projects, technical trials, and problem-solving initiatives.
Deliver technical presentations and training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
Participate in customer visits, industry conferences, and trade shows.
Drive technical discussions that support new business opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
