Job summary

PPG is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Operations Manager to lead a large multifunctional team across Customer Support, Order Management, Export Compliance, Pricing, Reporting, Data Management, and Product Analysis in EMEA. You will shape service delivery excellence and partner with stakeholders to drive improvements.

The role reports to the Head of Customer Service Operations and requires 5+ years in leadership within related areas, strong people leadership, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within Customer Service, Order Management, Shared Services, Supply Chain, or related environment.
• Proven experience managing large teams and complex operational structures.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of leaders and specialists to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end Customer Service operations including order management, pricing, reporting, data management, and compliance.
• Ensure workload planning, resource utilization, cross‑training, and operational continuity across teams.
