Job summary

Kemin Industries is seeking a Technical Service Manager for Feed Safety and Feed Processing to cover Eastern Europe with significant field work (approx. 50% travel).

The role focuses on translating scientific knowledge into practical, value-driven solutions for feed mills and strategic customers. Qualified candidates hold a Master’s degree in Animal Science, Nutrition or related field, with at least five years in feed formulation or technical service.

• Master's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering value through technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical adviser to feed mills, integrators and strategic customers, supporting implementation.
• Understand customer formulations, raw materials, feed-mill processes, and economic constraints to translate into tailored solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to identify challenges, opportunities and deliver science-based solutions with measurable value.
• Design, coordinate and interpret animal and feed trials; translate scientific results into practical recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating support from R&D and other experts.
• Quantify technical and economic impact using customer data and ROI tools.
• Deliver training, workshops and presentations connecting science to commercial outcomes.
