Job summary

Elementis Global in the coatings segment seeks a Technical Sales Manager to grow the business in MEA and Southern Europe, with potential expansion to other countries. You will translate market needs into technically and commercially viable solutions using Elementis products, and build strong relationships with key customers and distributors.

You will collaborate with Sales Managers, Marketing and R&D to deliver value propositions and lead initiatives across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong customer orientation and ability to address changing priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and able to influence others.
• Polished communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in coatings, adhesives, sealants and construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by developing solutions for customers with Elementis products.
• Develop and enhance technical relationships with current and new customers; provide technical support and regular training to the Coatings sales team, distributors and customers in the Region.
• Identify and line-up New Business Opportunities in line with the business strategy.
• Support the Sales Managers to accelerate New Business Opportunities at all level through regular customer visits.
• Provide after sales support, visit customers, answer technical questions, ensure customers remain satisfied with Elementis technical support, including technical complaints management.
• Identify markets and customers’ needs and develop sound value propositions; participate and/or co-lead new product launches and various projects in cooperation with Marketing and R&D.
