Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Site Engagement Lead to foster strong relationships with clinical trial sites, ensuring engagement and protocol adherence across studies. You will partner with investigators, site staff and internal teams to optimize site performance and ensure compliant conduct of trials.

The role requires travel up to 60%, a life sciences degree, and solid clinical research experience across site management and engagement.

Qualifications

• Clinical research experience with site management or site engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities across diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel up to ~60% as required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site staff and coordinators.
• Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to site teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and performance through regular feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement site engagement strategies per study/site needs.
• Monitor site performance metrics and report updates to study teams.
