IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of clinical trials on behalf of one of our sponsors, within a sponsor-based model. You will manage timelines, budgets, risk and cross-functional teams to keep studies on track and compliant, leveraging IQVIA's global infrastructure.

This role offers the opportunity to develop therapeutic and operational expertise across multiple programs while advancing your project management career within a leading CRO.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5 years of prior relevant experience including ≥2 years of project management experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Prior Regional or Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risk and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in bid defense presentations in partnership with Business Development.
• Lead delivery and management of regional or global clinical studies.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team.
• Ensure execution of studies per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Manage project risks, change control and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support milestones and issue resolution.
• Forecast and identify opportunities to accelerate activities and revenue.
