Job summary

IQVIA Inc is seeking a Global Clinical Project Manager - Vendor Management Expert for its Single Sponsor department. You will lead vendor management for global clinical trials across phases I–IV, ensuring seamless execution from startup through close-out.

You will oversee vendor activities, support study initiation, manage risks and performance, drive site readiness, and coordinate close-out deliverables to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Global Clinical Project Management experience.
• Vendor Management expertise across central lab, eCOA, IRT, ECG, Imaging, ancillaries and/or patient recruitment with global trial experience.
• Deep understanding of clinical operations processes and vendor service categories.
• Excellent project management to drive efficiency and collaboration.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities to partner across functions.
• Proven ability to manage risk and performance issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Oversight & Coordination – manage vendor activities across the study lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Study Start-Up Support – oversee vendor deliverables during initiation, ensuring onboarding and activation.
• Risk & Performance Management – track vendor performance and escalate risks as needed.
• Site Readiness & Activation – drive vendor activities to support site activations and milestones.
• Study Close-Out – coordinate vendor deliverables to support database lock and study closure.
