PLS FedEx Express Poland Transportation Sp z o.o. in Kraków is seeking a Clearance Systems Specialist to join the KRK SSC.

You will act as a technical expert on clearance systems, support management with analysis, and help drive system improvements. Ideal candidates are fluent in English (C1), have knowledge of Genius and Gemini, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (C1).
• Knowledge of Clearance Systems: Genius, Gemini.
• Customer focused with good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of customs clearance procedures.
• Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support clearance applications and maintain system configuration; assist with tests and demand requests for system enhancements.
• Provide basic system functionality and continuity; implement new or enhanced capabilities for clearance processes.
• Work on system updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support clearance teams to improve daily tasks and develop clearance solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize system performance for efficiency and usability.
• Advise on Genius/Gemini systems issues and project impact on system changes.
• Address local European requirements and document SOPs and system procedures.
• Develop and share information through job aids and on-the-job training.
• Monitor system errors and coordinate enhancements and fixes.
• Cooperate with project teams on initiatives.
