AXA in Wroclaw is offering an Intern, Claims position. You will support loss notification processing across our global lines, learning our standard procedures while contributing to timely claim setup and documentation.

The role requires a university degree or relevant experience, fluent English (C1), strong data processing skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior (re)insurance claims exposure is a plus; you will collaborate with onshore teams and report to the local Manager.

Competenze

• University degree or relevant experience.
• Fluent English at least C1.
• Strong data processing skills.
• Insurance (re)insurance claims experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

Mansioni

• Index claims related documents for various lines of businesses.
• Create first notice of loss & setup incident only claims in our claims systems.
• Reconcile coinsurance bordereau and enter payments/reserves in our claims systems.
• Work with onshore teams to resolve complex scenarios and request additional information.
• Maintain proper documentation of all procedures and updates.
• Participate in process meetings and monthly/quarterly calls.
• Ensure service level agreements and quality targets are met.
