Job summary

Nexi Group in Rzeszów is seeking a Chargeback Dispute Specialist to join our dynamic payments team on a fixed-term contract. You will handle chargeback cases for POS and eCommerce, manage BLIK-related inquiries, and ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard rules.

You will also prepare reports, train junior staff, create training materials, and participate in scheme trainings while coordinating team activities in the supervisor’s absence.

Qualifications

• Min 4 years of experience in chargeback processes.
• Completed Visa/Mastercard training in chargebacks.
• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Fluent Polish and English at least B2 level.
• Strong teamwork, accuracy and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle chargeback cases for POS and eCommerce transactions.
• Manage BLIK-related cases and inquiries.
• Apply and maintain knowledge of Visa/Mastercard regulations for chargebacks.
• Prepare team statistics and reports on request.
• Support and train junior specialists daily.
• Create training materials and documentation.
