Qualifications

• Fluency in German (C1 or native level).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• 3+ years of background in Payments, Banking, Finance or Fraud Operations.
• Self-driven and proactive with strong prioritization skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of Scheme dispute regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Experience in leading training sessions and process improvements.
• Hands-on experience with dispute platforms and case-management tools.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and compliance discipline.
