Jobs.Pl Sa is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead business adoption across large-scale transformation programmes in a multinational setting, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, and Finance initiatives.

You will guide global teams, manage multiple workstreams, and shape the target operating model while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a dynamic pharmaceutical enterprise. Office base in Warsaw with hybrid work.

Competenze

• Experience leading change within large-scale S2P, Procurement, or Finance transformations.
• Experience in multinational matrix organisations across geographies and cultures.
• Hands-on experience establishing and activating change champion networks to drive adoption.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with ability to run workshops and present to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end change management across large transformation programmes.
• Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and needs.
• Engage diverse stakeholder groups across countries and functions.
• Design and deliver targeted communications plans and user training.
