Roche is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for Pharma R&D in Warsaw. The role independently manages end-to-end BA workstreams, tackling complex problems with ambiguity. You will mentor junior analysts and shape roadmaps, stakeholder expectations, and strategic solutions in a hybrid office model.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and leadership, apply agile methods, deliver thorough requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives in Roche’s digital technology environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, with at least 4+ years in life sciences/pharma or the assigned business function being supported.
• Proven experience independently managing end-to-end BA workstreams, navigating ambiguous requirements, and evaluating strategic solution options.
• Demonstrated experience in translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and facilitate discussions between business and IT users globally.
• Familiar with Agile product delivery methodologies, backlog management and delivering GxP validated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BA workstreams with autonomy and tackle problems with emerging ambiguity.
• Mentor junior analysts and shape team processes within the Community of Practice.
• Translate requirements into strategic implementation plans and influence long-term roadmaps.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams and leadership, shaping stakeholder perspectives.
