Job summary

HushOffice is seeking a Certification Specialist to manage product certification processes and ensure compliance in international markets. You will coordinate testing, documentation, and audits while collaborating with R&D, Quality, and Sales teams to meet evolving standards.

The role requires a technical degree, experience with certification bodies, and strong English communication, with a focus on accurate documentation and project coordination.

Qualifications

• A university degree in a technical, quality-related, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in certification, quality, product compliance, or a related area.
• Experience working with certification bodies and testing laboratories is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze technical documentation and interpret standards requirements.
• Excellent work organization, independence, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Communicative spoken and written English.
• Very good command of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating product certification and recertification processes.
• Cooperating with certification bodies, testing laboratories, and external institutions.
• Preparing and compiling the documentation required for testing and certification.
• Monitoring changes in standards, regulations, and safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Supporting the R&D, Quality, and Sales teams with certification requirements.
• Coordinating product testing, analyzing results, and overseeing corrective actions.
• Managing the certification document database and ensuring that records remain up to date.
• Preparing reports and summaries on the certification status of products.
• Participating in internal and external audits related to product certification and compliance.
