Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is a leading pharmaceutical company, expanding its QA footprint in Europe. We seek a QA professional to support batch certification, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain the QMS across the Eastern Region.

The role involves audits, document control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality medicines reach patients worldwide. Excellent English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Higher education (pharmacy preferred) or related field.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QA or QC.
• 3+ years in a similar role within a pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Support batch certification in line with GMP principles and local law.
• Ensure QC/QA documentation is up to date with GMP/GDP requirements.
• Manage quality documentation and QA processes across the Eastern Region.
• Maintain QMS: change control, deviations, CAPA, recalls.
• Prepare and update Quality Agreements for GMP activities.
• Monitor QA using QA tools and QMS.
• Oversee batch release and sample collection in the system.
• Coordinate training and maintain training records.
• Handle product quality complaints and PQRs.
• Support supplier and regulatory audits within the region.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
