Job summary

ASBIS is seeking an experienced Product/Category Manager to lead end-to-end product management, from market research and defining USP to pricing and overseeing development from concept to launch.

You will ensure product-market fit, manage inventory and supply chain performance, and guarantee accurate technical documentation, packaging, and marketing content across markets. English fluency required; Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Product/Category Management.
• Fluent in English; Russian language is a plus.
• Strong market research and competitor analysis skills.
• Experience with pricing strategy and product positioning (USP).
• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain (PSI/CPFR, WOS).
• Experience in product development and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop product categories and create product matrices.
• Define product requirements and USP.
• Develop pricing strategy.
• Inventory management and product turnover control.
• Validate USP in marketing communications.
• Define parameters for the visual component of the product.
• Monitor testing and production processes.
• Supervise product creation, ensuring adherence to technical specifications.
• Introduce products to markets.
