Job summary

Citigroup Inc. Poland is actively seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to support Global Fund Services billing for European markets. You will own invoice production, accounting and reconciliation, investigating discrepancies and client queries.

The role also involves process improvements, risk mitigation, and collaboration with management and business partners. Hybrid work arrangement with some home office days and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management.
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Invoice production/review for key clients.
• Invoice delivery timely and accurately.
• Respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and business partners.
• Develop and document procedures and processes.
• Analyze recurring issues and assist in process improvements.
• Process payment and accounting entries.
• Compile metrics for weekly and monthly reporting to seniors.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Act as back-up for team lead and be a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to change initiatives that improve control and efficiency.
• Provide backup coverage for team members.
• Identify and mitigate areas of key risk in operational processes.
• Lead projects to completion and identify process improvements.
