Job summary

Citigroup Inc. Poland is actively seeking a Billing Operations Specialist to support Global Fund Services billing for European markets. You will own invoice production, accounting and reconciliation, investigating discrepancies and client queries.

The role also involves process improvements, risk mitigation, and collaboration with management and business partners. Hybrid work arrangement with some home office days and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a related role within trade / cash operations management.
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Windows, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Job description

This position supports the Global Fund Services billing processes for European markets.

The person in this role will have direct operational responsibilities for invoice production, accounting, reconciliation and investigations including the review of key client invoices.

This role also includes client query investigations, metrics reporting, performing billing system maintenance tasks, and assistance in process improvements, escalations and risk mitigation. In addition, this person will also be involved with projects such as enhancing internal controls, standard operating procedure writing, and user acceptance testing.
