Job summary

DP World’s Shipping Solutions EAM is seeking a proactive Cargo Execution Agent in Gdynia, Poland. You will manage customer bookings, balance vessel utilization, and coordinate across the cargo execution process in an international team.

The role offers hybrid work after onboarding, with a focus on service excellence and strong stakeholder collaboration. The position requires customer service experience in logistics or shipping, English and Polish fluency, and readiness to work under dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics, shipping, or a related field.
• Container shipping industry experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Polish; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Respond to sailing requests and create pre-bookings in the system.
• Update bookings and ensure booking data accuracy.
• Conduct daily capacity checks and support capacity planning, including checking deep-sea vessel connections.
• Maintain close contact with internal stakeholders across relevant functions.
• Coordinate stowage readiness, send loading lists to terminals, and prepare IMO documentation.
• Coordinate cargo readiness and finalize vessel documentation.
