Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is hiring a Principal Benefits Partner to remotely support Poland, Hungary or Turkey. You will oversee execution and administration of international benefit plans, analyze and benchmark programs, and partner with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure market competitiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's with 12+ years' international compensation and benefits experience, cross-country knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 12+ years of compensation and benefits experience in an international organisation.
• Experience across different countries and understanding of payroll and labor law differences.
• Expertise in messaging to support compensation and benefit programs for leadership and employees.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and administration of international benefit plans.
• Conduct analysis and interpretation of benefits programs across regions.
• Support benefit plan benchmarking and broker management.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness.
