Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and administration of health, retirement, wellness, and global benefits programs across designated Northern and Southern European countries.
• Administer benefits for joiners, leavers, and life event changes.
• Liaise with benefits vendors, resolve administrative issues, facilitate claims processing, and manage escalations.
• Coordinate open enrollment, plan changes, and employee communications.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and reconcile vendor invoices with employee records.
