Qualifications

• Experience leading a regional benefits team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Benefits subject matter expertise to the team, prioritize tasks and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze data metrics to ensure SLAs and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead regional projects including open enrollments and global initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Maintain robust compliance controls to support audits and requests.
• Collaborate with Benefit Governance and Global Benefits Product Design to streamline offerings.
• Oversee regional escalations and coordinate with senior specialists on resolutions.
• Manage regional knowledge documents and share insights on processes.
• Uphold high-quality standards in benefit operations to deliver excellent service.
