Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 10 years relevant work experience.
• 10+ years of work experience preferred, including 5+ years managing global benefits/vendor management.
• 5+ years in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related experience preferred.
• Experience managing a global broker relationship is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GBM and regional HR teams to manage broker relationships and strategic reviews.
• Provide input into pooling and captive strategies for cost management.
• Advise on global risk management, insured funding approaches and market trends.
• Lead benefits strategy during and after M&A and ensure alignment post-deal.
• Oversee regional renewal and enrollment timelines and local deadlines.
• Develop renewal, remarketing and funding strategies with independent decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement and HR Operations on planning and risk management.
• Oversee contract negotiations and RFP processes with legal and procurement teams.
• Ensure consistency across geographies and establish SLAs with vendors.
• Recommend annual revisions and enhancements to benefit programs.
