Job summary

Ardigen S.A. is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to lead global B2B marketing activities, coordinating with sales, scientific experts, and leadership to strengthen Ardigen’s international brand.

You will plan multi-channel campaigns, manage external vendors, and drive content development across articles, white papers, and webinars. You will also coordinate presence at conferences and events, work with sales on lead generation, ensure consistent brand messaging, and oversee

Qualifications

• Five+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience collaborating with sales or business development.
• Experience managing agencies or external vendors.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Ability to explain complex scientific topics clearly.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation.
• Familiarity with web analytics, email marketing, social media, and SEO.
• Experience with AI tools in marketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans.
• Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns for pharma/biotech clients.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Prepare agency briefs, manage deliverables, and monitor deadlines.
• Develop content: articles, case studies, white papers, newsletters, webinars.
• Represent Ardigen at international conferences and events.
• Collaborate with sales for lead generation and enablement materials.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Oversee marketing tools, analytics, and reporting.
• Conduct competitor and market analyses to support planning.
• Manage marketing budget and report results.
