Ardigen, a science-first AI-native organization in Kraków, seeks a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to drive Ardigen’s global B2B marketing activities.
You will coordinate external agencies and work closely with internal sales, scientific experts, and leadership to strengthen Ardigen’s brand, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across international markets.
Ardigen is a science-first, AI-native organization working at the intersection of biology, data, and AI in drug discovery. We guide biotech and pharmaceutical teams across the full data-to-discovery journey, from fragmented, multimodal biomedical data to interpretable insights that support earlier, more confident R&D decisions. We combine deep biological expertise, production-grade data engineering, and advanced AI and ML into one integrated system, built and operated by the people who deliver it.
Our work spans data strategy and feasibility consulting, multimodal data integration, AI-ready data product development, advanced analytics and modeling across target identification, biologics, small molecules, biomarkers and phenomics, and AI lab loop systems that make discovery iterative rather than repetitive. With 700+ completed discovery projects and over a decade of operational experience, we are trusted by leading biopharma and biotech organizations across the US and Europe.
We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Marketing Coordinator (f/m/d) to drive and support the execution of Ardigen’s global B2B marketing activities.
You will coordinate external agencies, and work closely with internal sales, scientific experts, and leadership.
Your goal will be to participate in strengthening Ardigen’s international brand, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth.
You are comfortable managing multiple projects, working with different stakeholders, and taking ownership of marketing activities from planning through delivery.
You are organized, collaborative, commercially aware, and able to maintain high standards of quality while working in a dynamic international environment.
This role is based in our office in Kraków, with the possibility of occasional remote work.
