Job summary

OCX is a global content, creative and production organisation delivering post-production across stills, motion and campaigns. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage advertising production projects for international clients.

You will prepare timelines, cost estimates and reports, coordinate tasks with internal teams, and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Hybrid work awaits with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising or marketing, especially in project coordination.
• Very good command of English for international client communication.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with project management tools (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising production projects for international clients.
• Prepare project documentation, including timelines, cost estimates, and reports.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of tasks within each project.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients and provide support at every stage of the project.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, DTP, Moving Image, Traffic) to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
